SYSTEM FOR LEADERS TO REQUEST TEAMS REPORT MATCHES

STEPS TO BE TAKE TO REQUEST MATCH REPORTING
All leaders must ensure they have emailed the opposition leader/s to ask that they post match results - when sending this email please include the admin @ aussiexbox.net address in the CC address section of the email send list so that we receive a copy of the email as proof it has been sent.
If the opposition have failed to respond to your email or post the results after 24Hrs please let us know by REPLYING to the ticket created by the above email. DO NOT CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE
We will not take further action unless we have been CC´d the original email to the opposition leader and you have contacted us for a second time to let us know the report has not been made.
Teams are expected to report losses when:
1. Their team has failed to show up ready to play at the agreed match time
2. Their team failed to complete a match due to players leaving the game before the match was completed
3. Their team lost the match

I have tried to confirm this win but there has been no loss reported. Please report this match and email me when you have reported so that I can confirm our win. The AXB Admin has received a copy of the email and if the match has not been reported within 24Hrs we will ask them to report a forfeit loss against your team.
If you have already reported the loss just let me know by reply email. Thanks.

Teams must report losses when:

3. A team lost the match
Even if you dispute this match loss you must report the match loss first then submit a ticket to the admin explaining in detail why you think the match should be overturned. Please read the rules before you do this.
